As a Lecturer in Business & Finance, you will have the opportunity to teach and guide students across a range of further education and undergraduate courses; to include T Level Accounting. You will contribute to the development and delivery of dynamic, engaging curriculum, while fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment. You will work closely with a team of dedicated academic professionals to help students achieve their academic and career goals.
Lecturer in Business & Finance - Key responsibilities:Delivering high-quality teaching and learning in Business & Finance.
Developing and updating course materials to ensure relevance and alignment with industry trends.
Supporting students in their academic journey, providing guidance, feedback, and mentoring.
Contributing to curriculum development, ensuring it meets the needs of students and the evolving business landscape.
Maintaining a passion for teaching and continuous professional development.
Lecturer in Business & Finance - You:
The ideal candidate will have:A relevant degree in Finance, Business Finance, or a related discipline.
A teaching qualification or a willingness to work towards one
Experience of teaching or tutoring in Finance, Business Finance at FE or HE level.
A passion for education, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
A proactive, forward-thinking attitude with a focus on student success and employability.
Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
