What will I do as a CRM and Loyalty Manager:
In this role, you’ll combine creativity, data-driven insights, and technical expertise to enhance customer engagement and lifetime value. With a strong focus on collaboration, problem-solving, and delivering measurable results, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our CRM and loyalty initiatives. What we’re looking for in a CRM and Loyalty Manager:
* Strong Creative Skills: Capability to write and adapt copy for various audiences and platforms.
* Previous CRM Marketing Experience: Proven track record in managing data-driven CRM campaigns across multiple channels with measurable success.
* Execution-Focused: Proven track record of delivering high-impact CRM and loyalty campaigns.
* Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Dotdigital, Braze, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
* Experience in the retail sector is a bonus, with a strong understanding of customer behaviour and industry trends.
* Skilled in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Data-Driven: Comfortable analysing campaign performance and customer data to drive decisions and make recommendations.
* Strategic Thinker: Ability to step back and shape the direction of loyalty and retention.
* Team Player: Strong collaboration skills with Brand, Creative, and tech partners.
* Excellent work ethic, reliability, coachability, and a positive attitude.
