Thales Integrated Airspace-protection Systems (IAS) provide Air Defence Systems (ADS) and Surface attack Systems (SAS) for UK and Export Customers. We have 2x fantastic opportunities for Assistant Project Managers to join our cutting edge teams as we continue to expand; Directed Energy Weapons, and the Lightweight Module Missile (LMM) product.

Key responsibilities:
* Assisting in the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects across the portfolio, within agreed timelines and budgets.
* Management of Key Work Packages, Customer Tasking and demonstrations.
* Preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations.
* Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
* Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and suggesting solutions.
* Managing schedules, resources, and project files.
* Learning and applying project management methodologies and tools.
About you:
* You will have experience of supporting Project Management Teams in the delivery of successful projects, and have a good understanding of the full project lifecycle through delivery of Development, Implementation, Closure and Support activity.
* You will have an understanding of Project Management processes including Change Control, Risk Management and Information Management.
* You will have proven experience of building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, together with having excellent organisation and problem-solving skills.
* You will be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* This role is perfect for a recent Project Management graduate, someone looking to switch careers, or an individual with some Project team experience who’s ready to take the next step.
