This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for a rewarding role What you'll be doing: Identify needs and implement enablement strategies to grow the market/segment Identify needs and implement enablement strategies to empower front-line managers Deliver scalable sales skills training across the org focused on behavioural change Embed and drive adoption of industry sales methodologies specifically MEDDIC Develop innovative selling skills across the sales journey aligned to Enterprise selling Advocate for excellence in selling and share best practices across the Commercial org Devise and coordinate revenue campaigns to generate immediate opportunities Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to drive 360 enablement's to include product positioning, tools, processes and policies Communicate and report Sales Enablement priorities, programs and progress/results in timely and frequent cadence Partner with Commercial Delivery to drive process, tool and content requirements to embed enablement strategies Ensure documentation and reporting for all programs is thorough and aligned with team processes Who you are: 7 years experience either in Commercial sales, sales management or senior sales enablement/training roles with an ideal preference in Enterprise sales Sales methodology experience or certified (including MEDDIC) Experienced in understanding Commercial numbers/targets and leading metrics Ability to persuade senior stakeholders Experienced in presentation and public speaking skills Dynamic collaborator cross-functionally Exec-level communication and reporting skills Leading with gravitas and conviction Highly organized High attention to detail Fast and efficient worker We are: Passionate about what we do.
