Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting exclusively on behalf of a company based in Chessington. They are seeking an Finance Assistant to join on a permanent full-time basis. Duties include: Inputting purchase invoices onto their ERP system Raising sales invoices and inputting onto their system Weekly bank reconciliations Reconciling supplier statements Reconciling and posting credit card statements and petty cash accounts Assisting with other finance related queries and tasks Assisting the FC with ADHOC projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be confident using Excel, have previous reconciliation experience and previous experience using Sage is a must.
