Your Responsibilities Deliver engaging product training – Conduct 1-2-1 and group training sessions for retail staff to increase advocacy and recommendation rates. Drive sales and market share – Ensure optimal in-store presence and boost sales through product demonstrations. Build and maintain relationships – Develop strong connections with store teams, managers, and key stakeholders. Be the brand expert – Represent AEG brand, pro viding insights and identifying growth opportunities. Track and report performance – Use data to measure the impact of your training and identify areas for improvement. What You Bring Experience in training, sales, or retail – Previous experience in consumer electronics, FMCG, or a similar environment is ideal. Strong communication skills – Confident in presenting, influencing, and building relationships. Self-motivated and results-driven – Passionate about exceeding targets and making an impact. Commercially aware – Understands retail environments and how to drive sales.
