Responsibilities Greet guests warmly Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance guest experience. Monitor the premises using CCTV and other surveillance methods to ensure safety and security. Assist in loss prevention by being vigilant and reporting any suspicious activities. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Administer first aid when necessary and maintain knowledge of emergency procedures. Maintain an organised front desk area, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and accessible. Qualifications Previous experience in a concierge or customer service role is preferred. Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and familiarity with surveillance systems is advantageous. First aid certification is desirable but not mandatory; training may be provided. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential for managing multiple tasks effectively. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
