Your main responsibilities in this role will include:
* Accurate and timely delivery of fortnightly payroll for AU & NZ employees and contractors.
* Ensuring timesheets, leave requests, payroll changes, records and other related material are completed prior to commencement of processing the fortnightly payroll.
* Responding to all payroll related queries in a timely manner.
* Accounts payables entry, reconciliation and payments.
* Company credit card expense allocation and reconciliation.
* Accounts records daily maintenance.
* General assistance within the Finance & Accounts department.
* Assist with ad-hoc HR duties.

* Approachable and friendly, with a great sense of humour!
* Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel Skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated reliability and professionalism.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite – Word & Outlook in particular.
* At least 2 years’ previous experience processing end-to-end payroll.
