About the Role We are expanding our Creative Department and seeking a Senior Creative to lead the development of immersive, story-driven experiences across a diverse range of themed entertainment projects. From interactive attractions to live shows, content creation, and spatial environments, you will be at the forefront of crafting compelling narratives and ensuring their seamless execution across multidisciplinary teams. As a conceptual thinker, you’ll generate bold ideas and drive them from ideation to execution, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to push the boundaries of storytelling, interactivity, and guest engagement. You’ll oversee how the guest experience translates into content, interactive elements, spatial design, scripting, audio, lighting, and digital media—ensuring all components come together to create immersive worlds. Key Responsibilities Concept Development: Ideate, develop, and pitch visionary concepts for themed attractions, immersive environments, live performances, and digital experiences. Experience Design: Lead the integration of storytelling, scenic design, media, and technology to create engaging and emotionally resonant guest experiences. Project Oversight: Oversee creative development from initial concept through production, ensuring high-quality execution within scope, timeline, and budget. Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with writers, designers, engineers, composers, producers, and technologists to bring experiences to life. Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of themed entertainment trends, emerging technologies, and experiential design advancements to drive innovation. Stakeholder Communication: Present concepts and project updates to internal teams, clients, and key stakeholders. Key Requirements A strong background in narrative development, experience design, and interactive engagement. Ability to merge storytelling, technology, and spatial design to craft immersive experiences. Understanding of spatial storytelling and environmental design principles. Knowledge of show control, scenic fabrication, and digital media integration is an advantage. Experience working with producers, engineers, and designers to translate creative vision into reality. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining creative excellence. Skills in multimedia, motion, or interactive design and animation are advantageous. A collaborative mindset with a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and pushing creative boundaries.
