Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for a part-time role in a vibrant and supportive school environment? We are seeking a dedicated HLTA to join a primary school in Barking and Dagenham as soon as possible. As an HLTA, you will play an essential role in supporting both teachers and students, ensuring high-quality learning experiences across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
* Providing targeted support to small groups or individual students.
* Assisting with lesson planning and resource preparation.
* Supporting students with varying abilities, including those with additional needs.
