This is a hands-on role, covering both strategic and tactical marketing. As the Website Manager you will be responsible for the strategic and day-to day management of all websites within the company’s portfolio. This includes both Magento and WordPress sites, covering ecommerce and lead generation.
Day to day the role will involve:
* Driving traffic and increasing revenue through all online channels.
* Improve user journey across the site.
* Responsible for PPC and SEO performance – PPC through agency, SEO hands on.
* Maintain the online product catalogue and ensure all products are listed correctly.
* Drive conversion through A/B testing, abandoned baskets, failed search, category conversion and tools including live chat and reviews.
* Drive basket value.
* Managing agencies and developers.
* Budget responsibility and analysis and reporting.
Experience required:
* You must have previous experience within an eCommerce environment, preferably selling B2B.
* You’ll be an experienced digital marketer who understands how to best optimise different channels to drive traffic and deliver revenue.
* Knowledge of email marketing, PPC, SEO.
* You must have experience of WordPress and Magento 2 sites.
* A decent understanding of HTML and CSS is needed.
* A/B testing and analysis skills are essential.
* Working knowledge of GA4, Hotjar and Optimizely.
* It would be beneficial to have some experience of Adobe Creative Suite.
This is a role that requires someone who is more technical and analytical in their approach. You’ll work alongside a digital comms specialist who will support on digital campaigns and communications. If this sounds like a role that would suit your background, apply today.
