Job Description
* Deliver expert first-line HR support with professionalism, efficiency, and a customer-focused approach.
* Be the welcoming face of HR, managing reception and calls to ensure every visitor and query is handled seamlessly.
* Take ownership of HR Service Portal requests, ensuring all cases are assigned within 24 hours.
* Act as the go-to HR contact, providing guidance on enquiries while escalating complex issues appropriately.
* Build strong customer relationships, listening attentively to needs and delivering effective solutions.
* Drive resolution of HR queries, ensuring accurate and timely responses even when specialist support is needed.
* Work collaboratively with HR colleagues to balance workloads and support seamless service delivery.
* Manage a variety of HR transactions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Administrator should have:
* Strong computer literacy, including capability in email, MS Office and HR software.
* Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities.
* Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
