Operations Administrator Telford 12 month fixed term contract Salary: Up to £28,500 Depending on experience We are currently recruiting for an Operations Administrator to join our valued client based in Telford. The primary purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Operations Team, assisting with day-to-day coordination, document management, and internal communication to ensure everything runs efficiently behind the scenes. Main Tasks and Responsibilities Include: Diary management and administrative support for the Head of Operations Organising meetings, booking rooms, and arranging refreshments Managing invoices, raising purchase orders on SAP, and liaising with suppliers Overseeing general office tasks including filing, archiving, and stationary orders Maintaining digital filing systems and updating site notice boards Supporting audits and preparing relevant documentation Managing time and attendance records and the team holiday planner Acting as a communication link between corporate and site operations Handling incoming calls and general enquiries To be a successful Operations Administrator, we’re looking for: Highly proficient in numeracy and literacy, with advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications Strong organisational abilities Experience using SAP is highly advantageous Able to work on own initiative Confident in building strong working relationships at all levels Proven experience supporting a wide range of administrative duties in a dynamic and busy setting
