Your new roleAs a 2nd Line IT Support Technician, you will be able to develop a strong internal IT framework and enhance cybersecurity and internal procedures. You will be overseeing all IT hardware, managing Microsoft Office accounts, coordinating with external IT support and other IT stakeholders, setting up new Gmail accounts, and addressing general IT issues. You will possess excellent communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with employees at all levels. You should also demonstrate strong prioritisation abilities and keen attention to detail. This position offers the potential to develop an IT department and provides opportunities for career advancement. What you'll need to succeed
* 3+ years of experience in IT support and systems maintenance.
* Efficiently handle second line support, addressing escalations, technical enquiries, and problem-solving
* Implement secure firewalls
* Oversee the management and deployment of the ISO 27001 system
* Develop and manage Cyber policies
* Travel across sites may be necessary based on business requirements
