Our global IT client has an exciting new opportunity for a Corporate Coaching Specialist who will develop and implement training programs to enhance business acumen and strategic thinking among managers and architects.
Key responsibilities:
* Facilitate effective communication between managers, architects and executives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
* Assist in the creation and execution of strategic plans, providing insights and recommendations based on thorough analysis.
* Organize and coordinate leadership communication development activities, including workshops, seminars, and mentoring programs.
* Collaborate with various teams to ensure the integration of strategic initiatives across the organization.
* Provide support in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other communication materials at senior leadership/ executive levels.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Candidate requirements:
* Demonstrable experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Proven, outstanding written and oral communication skills.
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure and within short time constraints.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft productivity software including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Experience with leadership development programs and strategic planning (preferred).
This is a PAYE role to start ASAP until June 2025, with a potential extension through to a maximum 18 months paying in the region of £280 per day (depending on experience).
The role is offered on a hybrid or remote basis and you will benefit from paid annual leave, paid sick, paid bank holidays, pension & notice period.
