We are seeking an adaptable and proactive analyst to join our Service Desk team to provide customer focused first line IT technical support to agreed service levels in a hybrid working environment. This permanent opportunity is available to those who already have experience in IT support or working in a Service Desk environment.
The successful applicant will be responsible for carrying out duties directed by the Service Support and Finance Lead and Service Delivery Manager, which include 1st line support via email or phone calls, creating support tickets, first line fixes, completing basic script/process driven tasks alongside assistance within a wide range of projects.
Interviews are currently scheduled for the 10th to 14th March 2025.
