Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

Salary: £83.85 - £90 Per Day

Job Duties:
* Support: Provide 1:1 support to students with SEN in a classroom setting.
* Assist: Help teachers implement individual education plans tailored to each student’s unique needs.
* Engage: Monitor and supervise students during class activities, ensuring they understand instructions and tasks.
* Manage: De-escalate challenging behavior with positivity and effective behavior management techniques.
* Communicate: Build positive relationships with teachers, parents, and professionals while maintaining detailed records of each child’s progress.
* Nurture: Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that helps children integrate into school life more easily.

Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Right to work in the UK
* Valid DBS check or willingness to apply for one
* Prior experience working with students with special educational needs
* Understanding of different learning styles and the ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly
* A heart full of patience and empathy when working with students
