To complement our Flemish & Dutch team, we are looking for a Flemish-speaking Luxury Travel Consultant in the area of Luxury Lifestyle Management.

Overview of responsibilities:
* Advise our customers - Premium Cardholders - on the phone and by email in English and Flemish/Dutch
* Process customer requests from the preparation of the offer to the billing of individual trips as well as in the areas of restaurant/club reservations, gift organization, tickets (sports, culture), spa/fitness, yacht, flowers, transport, sightseeing etc.
* Make reservations with airlines, hotels, and destination agencies
* Prepare tailor-made offers and travel documents, create itineraries, obtain visas and administrative processing
* Mediate with passion
* Active sales of promotions and exclusive events

We are looking for:
* Fluency in speaking Flemish and Dutch with professional fluency in English – written and spoken
* Proven track record in EU leisure sales as well as worldwide itineraries
* Minimum 5 years experience in a Travel retail or Tour operator environment essential
* Sound knowledge of Global Distribution System such as Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo (preferably Amadeus)
* Energized to work in a team and share new ideas, improve processes and ways of working.
* Enjoy working in an international environment
* You have strong communication skills and love to deliver excellent service and quality on a daily basis
* You are able to use your initiative and creativity to best meet the needs of our members
* Energetic and motivated team player who enjoys the challenge of achieving and exceeding goals.
* Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
* High adaptability to a dynamic changing environment
* An enthusiasm to work with an emphasis for detail and follow through as required. The highest customer service standards are expected and must be maintained at all times
* Self-motivation, committed and possess initiative & drive in the job
* Flexibility: Ability to work shifts and weekends. (This position is a 40-hour work week with shifts).
Guidelines for Hybrid/Home Office:
* Located in United Kingdom
* Please note that if you live within a commutable distance of the office you will be asked to enter into a hybrid working arrangement - at least 2x a week in the office
* A secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions
* Internet service must meet minimum requirements and minimum speed check must be completed
