Job Overview:
Lidl is seeking an experienced and skilled Deputy Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of the store leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
* Monitor and control stock levels, inventory management, and maintain high standards of store appearance
* Implement sales promotions, visual merchandising, and product displays to drive sales and improve customer experience
Requirements:
* Proven track record in retail management with experience in leading teams and achieving sales targets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
* Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
