As, Learning & Business Business Partner you will: Training Needs Analysis & Development – Assess organisational training needs by identifying skill gaps and designing tailored learning solutions to support employee growth. Learning Program Design & Delivery – Develop and implement engaging and effective training programs, ensuring they align with industry standards and business goals. CPD & Compliance Management – Oversee Continuous Professional Development (CPD) initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance while fostering professional growth. Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with HR, veterinary leaders, and external training providers to align training initiatives with strategic organisational objectives. Digital Learning & LMS Integration – Utilise digital tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to enhance training delivery and improve learner engagement. Early Careers & Mentorship Programs – Design and manage graduate, early-career, and mentorship programs, ensuring structured development pathways for emerging professionals. We’re seeking someone with: Proven Experience in Learning & Development – Demonstrated ability to assess training needs, design learning programs, and implement effective development initiatives. Training Design & Facilitation Expertise – Strong background in creating and delivering engaging, industry-aligned training solutions for diverse professional groups.
