Reporting to the PDMS Manager, this role will focus on providing high quality SharePoint & IT support to the Integro Programme and work as part of the wider IT team within the Programme Support team. Due to the strict security requirements, candidates must be a UK National and will need to progress through security clearance.
You'll be responsible for:
* General day-to-day IT support to the PrP as well as partnership-wide external guest users.
* SharePoint administration including permissions, onboarding & offboarding, user management.
* SharePoint PDMS content development in line with a Quality Management System.
* Secure tenant troubleshooting, account management, system configuration, reporting and new release testing.
* All Microsoft 365 applications support, including Microsoft Teams.
* Daily liaison with the external service provider regarding ticket management and service desk enquiries.
* Preparation of training materials and conducting training, supporting inductions and awareness events.
* Define and manage system security and data protection in line with Mace policy and the policies and standards defined for the programme.
* Liaise with Mace IT, partner IT functions, and other stakeholder IT functions; client and supply chain partners.
* License management and liaise with central license management.
* Gain an understanding of the system architecture, security and configuration as would be appropriate and prepare to hand over the system to an alternative role and/or the client at the end of the project.
* Liaison regarding integration of MS-365 with SharePoint, Teams and PowerBI within the programme and with client team.
* Continuous improvement of the PDMS and secure tenant to meet the needs of the programme.

You'll also have:
* Qualified to a degree level or equivalent experience and membership of appropriate professional body.
* Expert knowledge of Microsoft-365 and SharePoint.
* Experience of working in a fast-moving project environment essential.
* Previous experience of working in a highly regulated industry such as the nuclear sector.
* Experience of working with secure tenants preferable but not essential.
* Willingness to learn and become an SME on secure tenant SharePoint architecture and design.
