A client of ours in the Clacton-on-Sea area is recruiting a Technical Support Executive to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm and paying £27,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers.
2. Escalate complex issues.
3. Document information on the CRM system.
4. Create and update knowledge base articles for self-service support.
5. Build and maintain customer relationships.
6. Relay product feedback to help with future improvements.
Skills and Experience required:
1. Bachelor's degree in engineering (electronics or computer science preferred).
2. Knowledge of at least one programming language (C#, .NET, Python, LabVIEW, VeriStand).
3. Strong analytical and communication skills.
4. Experience in using a CRM system.
