Support Worker - Rosendale, Lydstep - £11.60 to £12.00 per hour - Full Time: 43.4 hours per week - Part Time 16/24 Hours per week
Plus an annual location allowance of £1500
This role requires a drivers license
We're a leading organisation dedicated to provide exceptional care and support to children and adults with complex needs associated with autism.
Located in Lydstep, with views of the sea and the rolling Pembrokeshire hills, Rosendale offers a calm, supportive and homely living environment for up to six adults from the age of 18. In the main house are four en-suite bedrooms, a large lounge, a teaching area and a kitchen/dining area. In addition to this is a 2-bed self-contained flat. At Rosendale fun knows no bounds, beach days are a favourite, along with cinema trips & swimming adventures. We are always on the go - The adventure never ends!

A day in the life of working at Rosendale includes:
1. Ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment;
2. Supporting our people during recreational activities, outings and community integration;
3. Promoting independence, self-esteem, and confidence in our people, celebrating their achievements and milestones;
4. Working together to ensure support is tailored to meet individual needs;
5. Keeping accurate records of all activities, progress, and incidents should they arise;
6. General housekeeping duties, including meal preparation.

Please note: This job role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
