You don’t need previous experience or qualifications, just to care about people and to want to make a difference. You will build meaningful and lasting relationships with the people you support. We have vacancies within services which include a mix of days, evenings weekends and sleepovers but also have some community support packages. You won’t have to do short visits, as our sessions are always a minimum of 1 hour, with many being longer than this to make sure both you and our customers are fulfilled every day.
In particular we are looking for car drivers with access to a vehicle due to support locations. Support Workers need to be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the services which will include late/evening shifts, sleepovers and weekends.
