This is an exciting opportunity for an Admissions and Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive student enrolment and enhance the school's brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure ALS Admissions Process is effective, ensuring that from enquiry to sign up, prospective families receive exceptional communication and service
* Ensure all facets of school operations articulate the school’s desired image and position and ensure consistent communication of school image both internally and externally
* To plan an annual marketing strategy based on key admissions dates in the annual calendar
* Ensure Arnold Lodge has effective marketing
* Contribute to staff briefings and all marketing or PR related activity
* A key presence at all key Arnold Lodge events
Admissions:
* Line manage the Admissions Team, providing leadership and oversight
* Quality assure the Admissions Process to ensure that all communication (email; telephone; face to face) reflects the values and quality of an ALS education
* Oversee the Admissions Management System and have a grasp, at all times, of each enquiry for prospective pupils
* Represent the Admissions Team as part of the Admissions Panel
* On a weekly basis, report to the Executive Leadership Team on the status of Admissions
* Oversight of the UKVI process for Newman Schools Tier 4 Sponsorship Status
Website & Digital Marketing:
* Draft, collate and edit copy for marketing materials including newsletters, prospectuses, flyers, adverts and e-shots
* Maintain stocks of marketing materials and ensure they are displayed as required at school events
* Ensure that appropriate branding is used consistently across all communications
* Work with external photographers to ensure image use for marketing purposes adheres to School policies
* Ensure the School appears in appropriate Directories and that entries are kept up to date
* Liaise with external agencies to ensure marketing materials (print, digital and outdoor media) are competitive in price and located to have maximum effect.
PR, Press & Public Events:
* Develop contacts with local and national press in order to share appropriate news stories
* Write and issue press releases
* Production of weekly email
* Secure parental feedback to inform ongoing marketing strategy
* Proactively identify PR possibilities
* Lead the preparations for the Autumn and Summer Open Day
