Starting salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
Hours: The shift patterns are 9am-9pm 4 days on, 4 days off covering 7 days a week.

Your Role - Key Responsibilities
As a Maritime Operations Support Assistant, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring client vessels are safe, compliant, and well-informed. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Maritime security updates: Providing captains with real-time security information and updates.
2. Client support: Handling client queries efficiently via email and phone to maintain high standards of service.
3. Route monitoring: Monitoring vessel routes for safety, compliance, and risk management.
4. Incident alerts: Issuing real-time maritime security incident alerts to ensure client awareness.
5. Risk reporting: Preparing comprehensive Route Risk Reports to support operational decisions.
6. Data management: Logging and maintaining accurate records to ensure operational efficiency.
What You Bring - Required Skills and Experience
1. Technical IT proficiency: Competent in using Microsoft Office applications and other digital tools.
2. Attention to detail: Meticulous in monitoring, recording, and reporting data accurately.
3. Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to liaise effectively with clients and teams.
4. Maritime expertise preferred but not essential: Some experience in the maritime sector would be helpful, either at sea or in shore-based operations.
