The Role The successful candidate will be working in an entrepreneurial branch in Chiswick, within quite a small team so this role requires someone who has an excellent customer facing ability. The Wealth Management Liaison Co-ordinator will be supporting the overall success of the Wealth Management branch by creating activities that deliver a great experience for prospects and HNW clients, driving towards high levels of enquiries and new business opportunities. The Wealth Management Liaison Co-ordinator will work alongside the Senior Relationship Manager and Marketing team focusing on the overall visibility of the Wealth Management company within the area. Confidently taking control of relevant social media platforms detailing what the Wealth Management company has to offer for its HNW customers in terms of their financial plans and offering a welcoming and friendly space in which to discuss this. The Wealth Management Liaison Co-ordinator will deliver events and activities to best help generate footfall for the branch and to strike up client engagement, ensuring local audience insights are incorporated into all activities planned. The Wealth Management Liaison Co-ordinator will be proactive in all follow ups with potential clients, ensuring there is always a warm, tidy and well presented and welcoming environment for clients to walk in to. The Wealth Management Liaison Co-ordinator will strike up relationships with key local businesses and stakeholders ensuring all opportunities are maximised within the area to help generate new business opportunities. The candidate Experience as a Team assistant or Client Support experience for a customer facing team within financial services is desirable. A Marketing or Events background within Financial Services or Professional Services would also be useful.
