Please be advised that these roles will require 20% to 30% of travel for the year. Compensation: 65,000K base to 100,000K base. There will be a 40% in commissions, but this is uncapped. Role Overview: As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to ensure long-term satisfaction. This means you'll be covering an assigned book of accounts with no net new logo hunting. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive account retention and growth. - Identify new sales opportunities within your assigned territory or industry vertical for cross-sell, upsell, add-ons, or renewals. - Present and demonstrate software solutions to prospective clients through tailored presentations and demos as needed for expansion opportunities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product implementation. - Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed revenue targets. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to provide insights and recommendations. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, ensuring a transparent sales pipeline. What We’re Looking For: - 2 years of proven experience as a Account Manager or similar role in the software/technology sector. - Strong understanding of software solutions, SaaS, or technology products. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. - Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment. - Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, SalesLoft, Outreach.io). - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but NOT required).
