About the Role:
You will be responsible for leading project teams, supervising engineers and technicians, and managing all aspects of project delivery. This includes preparing technical details, liaising with clients and other professionals, and ensuring projects comply with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to team members.
* Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
* Collaborate with architects, clients, and other professionals to ensure projects meet client needs.
* Manage project finances, including budgeting and cost control.

Requirements:
* Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
* Chartered status or working towards it.
* Minimum of 6 years' post-qualification experience in structural design.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, based on experience.
