Position: Deputy Manager
Location: Inverness
Service: Elderly Care
Salary: £50,000
Responsibilities
1. Using strong leadership skills, you will inspire other staff members to provide the best standards of care, provide guidance and support, and continue on their professional development.
2. Continuously strive for the best care to ensure standards are met in line with SSSC and Care Inspectorate.
3. Create and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Taking full responsibility for the home in the absence of the manager.
5. Participating in recruitment, reports, following health and safety procedures, finance support including budgeting and payroll.
Requirements
1. Registered nursing qualification with an active PIN is essential.
2. Leadership and Management qualifications would be beneficial but not essential.
3. Experience leading and motivating a team.
4. Communication skills.
