The Lead Customer Account Coordinator is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers by ensuring all customer requirements in relation to spare parts are completely met in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in the direction of daily activities of the Customer Service Representatives.
2. Assist in the creation of an atmosphere that promotes the development of new concepts, ideas, and methods to support continuous improvement in the department.
3. Assist in the distribution and monitoring of departmental activities, including adherence to company/departmental practices, procedures, and policies.
4. Assist the Front Office Manager in the management and development of all Customer Services Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and balanced workloads.
5. Assist the Front Office Manager with the daily/monthly KPIs and goals for the department and contribute to the overall achievement of those goals and objectives, including assisting with the creation and maintenance of the department's performance metrics.
Job Requirements
1. Must have advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office software products.
2. Must have the ability to efficiently perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Must be able to interface with all departments within the company, as well as multi-cultural outside customers.
4. Experience in a customer-related area or proven ability to work well with customers required.
5. Ideally, a minimum of two years of experience within the Safran Seats GB organization.
