Customer Service Team Leader
Location: Haywards Heath
Salary: £30,000 - £34,000
Company: Barker Munro Recruitment is assisting a market-leading insurance organization to recruit a Customer Service Team Leader within their spacious office in Haywards Heath.
If you have leadership experience gained from a customer service or contact center environment or perhaps you have been working your way up the career ladder towards a management role, this could suit you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing a team of customer service professionals.
2. Shaping the best possible experience for customers.
3. Managing daily operations and activities to improve customer experience.
4. Leading, championing, and assessing continuous improvement activities.
You'll spend most of your first month in our Haywards Heath, West Sussex office for training and support, and then hybrid working can begin either 2 or 3 days in the office each week with the remainder working at home. But of course, it’s your choice - if you prefer to be in the office more, that's good too.
Requirements:
1. Previous leadership experience working in a customer service environment (contact center or telesales is an advantage).
2. Experience in delivering continuous improvement changes and implementations.
3. Strong people leadership experience.
4. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Coaching, data gathering, analysis, influencing, and critical thinking skills.
6. Good time management and organizational skills.
7. Problem-solving skills with the ability to adopt a logical approach to resolving issues.
