We are looking to recruit to a band 5 community staff nurse
into the Mull and Iona Community Nursing Team
You will be expected to work closely and flexibly within the community nursing team providing nursing care to patients in their own homes across the both Islands
As people’s needs increase there is an increasing demand to care for people at home so this is a great opportunity for nurses wishing to gain experience in the community setting.
You will be working alongside a very supportive and experienced team of nurses and will receive a period of supervised induction along with support to develop your skills as required.
Knowledge of tissue viability, palliative care, and an understanding of the contributions of the multi-disciplinary team would be advantageous but training can be given.
Consideration will be given to a flexible working pattern. Short term accommodation support can be considered.
