Human Resources Manager - Legal Sector A leading law firm based in Sheffield is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the HR department and manage all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Support the HR team with implementation of the HR strategy Support and coach line managers to deal with HR issues including performance and sickness absence. Support with the administration of payroll and benefits processes Champion the onboarding process ensuring it is high quality and reviewed regularly Qualifications: CIPD qualified to at least level 5 with five years' experience of working in a generalist HR tole and managing a team Experience in professional services would be ideal People-oriented and results-driven. Adaptable, willing, and capable of working flexibly and as part of a team. Knowledge of HR systems and databases. What's on Offer: Competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £50,000.
