KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND TRAINING
Essential criteria
1. Educated to degree/ diploma level with a relevant professional qualification Yes or equivalent experience
JOB SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE
Essential criteria
2. Demonstrable knowledge of assessment and therapeutic interventions in area of practice
3. Experience of contributing to the management of change
Desirable criteria
4. Recent previous experience within a comparable role
MANAGERIAL/SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE
Essential criteria
5. Experience of demonstrating duties to junior staff
Desirable criteria
6. Experience of providing clinical supervision and mentoring to junior staff
PERSONAL QUALITIES/ATTRIBUTES

7. Able to analyse and assess situations and to interpret potentially conflicting situations and determine appropriate action, where there is a range of options and judgement is required.
