Residential Events Engage with residents to foster a strong sense of community. Organise and host monthly resident events and initiatives. Ensure the development's amenity spaces and apartments are well-presented at all times Preferred Requirements: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build effective relationships with residents Experience in property management or a similar customer-facing role Strong communication and problem-solving skills to handle a variety of resident inquiries and requests Proficiency in managing marketing portals and coordinating contractor appointments Passion for creating a vibrant, inclusive community through resident engagement and events Preferred Qualifications: Relevant experience in the build-to-rent or property management sector Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also taking initiative
