Main responsibilities of the Brand Marketing Manager:
* Up-keep of internal marketing calendars and coordination of updates across the team
* Campaign planning, product launch strategies, managing projects and developing the brand
* Development of brand marketing projects in line with key dates and objectives
* Support and knowledge across the wider marketing mix, where required: especially social and email as well as some Paid social
* Chart customer audience growth: social engagement and growth, prospective customers
Key Skills and Attributes for the Brand Marketing Executive:
* 4+ years with hands-on marketing experience in Social Media and CRM
* 2+ years’ experience in Marketing and brand in either the fashion/beauty/health/wellness industry
* Knowledge and understanding of all marketing channels and the marketing mix, especially Paid Social and Paid search
* Experience managing marketing calendar, product launch strategies, project management skills and brand development
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrates a willingness to learn

* Has a strong work ethic
