Electrical Installation Manager Role in Bradford
A client of ours is looking for an Electrical Installation Manager. This is a suitable role for an electrician looking to take a step back from working on the tools.
General Responsibilities:
1. Manage multiple concurrent projects/day works working alongside the EC&I manager, Electrical Design Engineers & Mechanical Project Managers.
2. Manage site electrical team.
3. Plan day-to-day work activities.
4. Plan required site permits.
5. Manage on-site materials.
6. Provide technical and analytical guidance to the mechanical project team.
7. Completion of test certificates and paperwork.
8. Control job costs.
9. Provide ad hoc low-value quotations.
10. Develop and improve client relationships.
Experience:
1. Engineering background working on industrial machinery, and chemical/process plant.
2. Good planning skills.
3. Computer literate.
4. Electrical installation knowledge (time served/been on the tools).
5. Experience with electrical trace heating.
6. Inspection/testing paperwork knowledge (NICEIC).
Qualifications:
1. Qualified 18th edition or equivalent.
2. Driving license.
3. Health and Safety training.
4. SSMTS.
5. Safety Passport.
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday 7 am to 3:30 pm
Friday 6 am to 1 pm
Overtime paid after 39 hours + weekend work
