Job Title: Customer Support Agent
Location: Redditch
Salary: £25,000 to £26,000
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Please note that this role includes shift patterns, requiring availability from 10am to 7pm 1-2 times per week, and working one Saturday out of four.

Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Agent to join their dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and delivering outstanding customer service support.
Day-to-Day Duties:
* Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
* Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a courteous manner.
* Maintain and update customer records as necessary.
* Deliver excellent customer service across all communication channels.
* Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
* Stay informed about product knowledge and company policies.
Experience Required:
* Excellent telephone manner
* Proven customer service experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
* Previous office experience
