Overview
The Digital AdOperations department within RTL AdAlliance works closely with the Media Planning and sales team to set up, execute, and manage campaigns across the full RTL AdAlliance portfolio.
In Digital AdOperations, we focus on implementing campaigns where we have direct, limited, or no access to the ad server or SSP.
Obtaining excellent communication and coordination skills, we succeed in our execution when the transition between media planning and set up is seamless, the campaigns are booked and activated in accordance with client agreements, and optimised to exceed client KPIs.
Responsibilities
1. Book, manage, and optimise digital marketing campaigns (Video, ATV, Display) for RTL AdAlliance international clients, covering both IO and Programmatic.
2. Ensure campaigns start on time and share proof of activation in markets where possible.
3. Closely follow the performance of campaigns and optimise towards RTL AdAlliance benchmarks, full budget delivery, and client KPIs.
4. Troubleshoot deals and campaigns to ensure revenue growth.
5. Provide campaign insights and analysis at the end of the campaign.
6. Guide clients on tracking possibilities and vendor integrations based on the media partner included in the campaign strategy.
Skills
1. Degree level studies in Media/Digital/Business/ Management.
2. 1-3 years of experience in booking and coordination of campaigns, with follow-up on the important KPIs of digital campaigns. Understanding the media landscape and booking experiences between different publishers and buyers is a requirement.
3. Technical: experience in a digital advertisement environment is a plus.
4. Analytical: ability to identify problems and come up with creative solutions.
5. IT: At least basic technological understanding to book and optimise Digital Campaigns.
6. Communication: Good communication skills in English - Written and Spoken. Any additional European language is an advantage.
7. Time Management: In this fast-paced environment, it’s important to set priorities and focus on output.
