The Role
We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to grow and develop accounts within the professional beauty industry. Managing an assigned territory, you’ll build relationships with salons, spas, and clinics driving sales and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
* Grow & manage accounts – nurture existing clients and secure new business.
* Sales & training – present, demo, and educate clients on products.
* Strategic growth – develop and execute sales plans to exceed targets.
* Market insights – track industry trends and competitor activity.
* Reporting – maintain CRM updates, forecasts, and KPI tracking.
What You Need
* Proven sales experience in beauty, skincare, or aesthetics.
* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated with territory management experience.
* Confident presenting and delivering product training.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
