Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Email Marketing Executive for our client based in Bracknell.
Role: Email Marketing Executive
Location: Bracknell
Salary: 32,000 per annum
Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the digital campaigns executed on email and SMS, working closely with other Digital channel owners and the Campaign team.
* Work closely with the CRM team on segmentation set-up, ensuring the right customers are being targeted.
* Closely monitor, track and report analytics on campaigns, including ROI, recommendations for future improvements and testing.
* Proactively explore market activities and trends to influence or improve own campaigns.
* Build email campaigns as part of BAU Campaigns, Automated Programmes, CRM Activity or discount triggers.
* Accountable for the branding, content and delivery of all email marketing.
* Assist with writing briefs for the Studio, including copywriting for campaigns.
* Support on Local Marketing activity.
* Accountable for defining and requesting what digital assets are required each month from the Content Team, based on post-campaign results, trends and upcoming campaigns.
* Support and develop the testing programme to drive continual improvement of campaign ROI.
* Build SMS campaigns as part of BAU Campaigns, Automated Programmes or CRM Activity.
* Monitor SMS usage and credits to ensure maximum return on investment.
* Support the build and management of all Automated Programmes in UKI and CE, including regular monitoring and improvements.
* Utilise the Emarsys platform and work with other channel owners to execute omni-channel campaigns to improve the Customer Experience and aid conversion.
* Actively participate in the scoping sessions for new or optimising existing customer lifecycle programmes.
* Adopt an 'automate first' approach to the execution of programmes and campaigns to deliver communications at the right time and the right channel.
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in email marketing and CRM strategies.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
* Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
* Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
* Experience in the FMCG industry.
* Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
* Creative mindset with a knack for innovative campaign ideas.
