About Estrada Ecology: Estrada Ecology was formed in 2007 and currently employs a small close-knit team of ecologists, working predominantly within the north of England. We work closely with a vast array of clients, ranging from independent developers to large scale companies and local authorities, conducting all types of ecological projects as required. We are looking for ambitious and self-motivated candidates to join our team in an exciting period of growth Key responsibilities include: Aiding and conducting ecological surveys, habitat condition assessments and report writing Consultation with clients and shareholders Mitigation projects and field work Experience Required/Skills: Minimum 2 years of consultancy experience At least one protected species class licence- preferably bats Competency and ability to carry out Phase 2 surveys Competent identification skills of UK flora and fauna Knowledge and practical experience of Biodiversity Net Gain Full Driving licence Full right to work in the UK CIEEM Membership Familiarity with planning guidance, regulations and operations of Biodiversity Net Gain.
