Recruitment Consultant (any sector considered) salary : £25,000 - £35,000 OTE DOE location : Canterbury office x 2 days a week, remote x 3 days a week Established client, strong reputation in the market, onsite parking, genuine opportunities to progress, strong training and support. As a recruiter or sales professional with ideally a year or so already under your belt and preferably with experience working directly with clients, you’ll be given the training, support and tools you need to continue your success. With clear targets and responsibilities set from the get-go in this role, you will be expected long-term to be independently running your desk and looking to aim even higher within the tdm structure. General responsibilities: work towards independently managing the recruitment cycle meet billing targets set quarterly & every rolling 6 months work towards being self-sufficient in winning new jobs / helping win new clients work with marketing to build our brand in Dubai & bring on board new clients maintain a clean database of clients/candidates & jobs adhering to tdm guidelines assist the senior team where needed on any appropriate duties relating to assignments or client jobs.
