About the role
* Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Procurement Intern to join the Procurement Team in Paris
* Procurement Intern (F/M/D) 6 months internship starting in February 2025, based in Paris
* We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Intern to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Head of Procurement in the Finance Team, this internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement processes and supplier management within a collaborative and innovative environment.
What you will do
* Create and manage supplier accounts
* Organize and maintain dashboards
* Utilize procurement tools and systems to ensure efficient management of the procure-to-pay cycle
* Assist in supplier negotiations to develop negotiation skills
* Develop and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers
* Adapt to various tasks and projects in a dynamic environment
Who you are
* Master's degree in Business School or University, with a strong interest in supply chain management or procurement
* This internship requires a valid internship agreement (convention de stage) with your current school.
* French & English are mandatory for the role
* Strong knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting
* Basic understanding of ERP systems is a plus
