The Enterprise Resilience Senior Group Manager is a senior level role within the group responsible for deploying UK Operational Resilience strategy as directed by PRA legislation. This role requires an in-depth and applied experience in leading programs at scale with demonstrated experience in: process design and execution, regulatory and executive stakeholder relationship management, enterprise wide change management, and operational resilience implementation in the financial services industry.
This individual will be responsible for planning and integrating operational resilience practices in the UK to enable compliance with Operational Resilience regulations. This individual will be responsible for assessing requirements, revising frameworks, and aligning activities, to ensure future requirements and changes to existing regulations are accounted for.
Excellent communication skills required to influence a wide range of audiences throughout the Enterprise.
Responsibilities:

* Participate in external Operational Resilience engagements, including regulatory meetings, peer networks, industry forums, industry exercises, and client engagements.
* Partner with internal teams to develop and maintain a global Operational Resilience implementation calendar aligned to key regulatory deadlines.
* Coordinate with cross functional teams to write the annual Operational Resilience Self-Assessment letter for the PRA.
* Produce and present material that enables local governance forums to oversee operational resilience implementation.
* Establish and maintain strategic Cluster and Business relationships to ensure Resilience implementations are met according to methodology within required timeframes.
* Assist in interactions with regulators, auditors, risk and control organisations, operational risk management, and independent compliance risk management with regards to the Operational Resilience framework.
* Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
* Work with regulatory bodies and build industry connections to stay abreast of best practices to influence and align with the evolving landscape.

* Demonstrated experience in developing material for both internal senior forums and external regulatory meetings.
* Experience in speaking to regulators and providing clear, concise updates that align to broader Initiatives at Citi.
* Demonstrated leadership characteristics including the ability to positively influence and motivate a group or individuals to maintain a positive work environment through change.
* Ability to serve as a role model.
* Unquestionable integrity and objectivity with the commitment to excellence and the ability to thrive in diverse environments and cultures.
* In-depth knowledge of operations, technology and business processes with a global financial services organization or other industry regulated by a federal government.
* Demonstrated knowledge of emerging threats, changes in processes/technology and how they impact recovery and resilience strategies.
* Experience creating close collaboration with business partners to foster a customer-centric design and development culture.
* Expert ability to analyse a complex set of data, to extract critical information to determine potential risk to the organization or company.
