Our client is open to both a full time and part time hours.Responsibilities:- Be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable- Handle incoming calls, emails and enquiries, directing them to the appropriate person or department- Manage meeting room bookings- Maintain health and safety, removing risk slips and trips- Ensure all visitors are checked into the building accordingly- Assist with general administration tasks, including data entry- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and courier servicesRequirements as a Receptionist:- Previous reception and front of house experience- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficient with Microsoft- Excellent interpersonal skills- Organised and detail - orientatedThe Role:- £25,000 - £27,000 full time equivalent- Part time hours - Monday to Thursday 13.00 - 17.30 and 13.00 - 17.00 on Fridays- Full time hours- Monday to Thursday 09.00 - 17.30 and 09.00 - 17.00 on Fridays- 26 days holiday plus bank holidays- Life Assurance SchemeIf you are interested in this Receptionist position, please apply below with an up to date CV or get in touch with Jemma at Pertemps.
