SCOPE OF THE ROLE A very experienced individual who can produce and deliver quality 3D models for the Construction Industry, with additional knowledge of Mechanical, Engineering and Plumbing [MEP] Services and their interface with Architectural and Structural Elements. You will be working on significant construction projects in the UK/Worldwide and develop your expertise by being part of a skilled, talented, and multi-disciplinary team. KEY FUNCTIONS This role will require the individual to: Produce quality, detailed, coordinated AEC 3D models. Produce quality 2D sheet Production Outputs. Lead early design & constructability analysis reviews. Lead coordination/review meetings (internally and externally). Assist Project/Delivery Manager in task completion. Technical problem-solving abilities. Initiative in delivering to time/budget. A Team player. QU ALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Essential: Strong experience in the Construction Industry. Know how to use EDMS systems. Know how to use software (Revit, Autodesk Fabrication, & AutoCAD). Have a good understanding of clash detection tests and model reviews using Navisworks. Have knowledge of the key spatial coordination rules of MEP services. Good IT skills, specifically Microsoft Windows Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint). Knowledge of the RIBA Construction stages. Interpret Schematics and Schedules Desirable: Higher Qualifications relevant to the industry. GCSE Grade A-C (4) in Math’s and English. Know how to Implement BIM Technology to facilitate project needs. Skilled use of Solibri/Revizto.
