This is a remote position. White Raven Resourcing Ltd are acting as an recruitment agency in relation to permanent recruitment services.
Our client is a market leader in outsourced HR and H&S services. Operating across several UK locations, the client are seeking motivated and enthusiastic sales professionals to help build a portfolio of SME clients (30+ employees) requiring outsourced Employment Law and Health & Safety solutions.
This role is remote, the client is open to speaking with interested parties wherever in the UK you are based, with regular check-ins with nearest offices and support remotely by a leadership team who value your progression and development.
You'll be supported by, and work closely with the internal team of telesales team who'll assist in booking appointments for you in your chosen territory, as well as generating your own leads and referrals.

Requirements You'll have 2+ years in a B2B sales environment, ideally selling professional services to company owners/directors.
You'll be able to sell to varying audiences, from business owners, boards of directors and HR Managers.
You'll thrive in the face to face sales environment, getting out and seeing prospects to offer value based consultative sales.
Benefits You can expect an attractive basic salary with a realistic OTE of £120k per annum.
