ThinkHire is hiring! Due to continued growth, we're looking for passionate Installation Engineers to join our industry-leading team. About the Role
As an Installation Engineer, you'll play a vital role in delivering ThinkHire's innovative hybrid systems to sites across the South West. Your day-to-day will involve:
* Conduct full site installations, including positioning welfare and accommodation units using a crane.?
* Install various site welfare configurations, establish water connections from mains or external sources, and set up power connections using fly leads ranging from 16amp to 63amp.?
* Perform site demobilisation, including disconnections of services.?
* Interpret and brief teams on Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Lift Plans, and Site Drawings.?
* Prioritise and rectify site breakdowns related to water or power issues.?
* Maintain stock management of equipment necessary for daily tasks.?
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships, representing Think Hire to a high standard.
This is a hands-on, van-based role where you'll travel to customer sites, working alongside a supportive and skilled team.

What We're Looking For
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
* Understanding of components used within hybrid systems, including Solar PV, battery storage, wind turbines, and diesel/LPG generators.?
* Ability to program settings on new and existing hybrid systems and diagnose faults.
* A valid UK driving licence.
* Hands on experience in site installations, generators, or renewable systems.
* The ability to diagnose faults and a passion for customer service.
* Adaptability and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Location: South West
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime
